My client is an established charity with a large property portfolio across the UK. We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the day to day operations and compliance for the mixed used, owned portfolio.
You will be responsible for managing multi property maintenance for a mixed used portfolio in London and the South East. Reporting to the Estates Manager you will be fully accountable for the maintenance budget. Contractor management will be a major part of your role including tendering, appointment and regular contractor reviews; as will lifecycle management and statutory compliance. Other duties include carrying out condition surveys and management of minor project refurbishments and upgrades. The focus of this role is to maintain the value of each asset and ensure a pleasant environment for all tenants.
The successful candidate will have strong technical/maintenance knowledge. You must have previous experience in managing a large portfolio and a proven track record in project management. Culturally, we are seeking a candidate with a strong team player attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
