£46,000 – £55,000 plus bonus and full benefits package

Beach Baker is working closely with this private practice to attract a Ratings Surveyor – Associate level – to its very friendly and highly regarded London office.

As a Business Rates Surveyor, your role will be to provide advice and offer recommendations regarding rating matters for a range of interesting clients, from small operators to leading high street names.

Whilst a RICS qualification is desirable, my client will consider non-MRICS candidates who have a proven track record of commercial ratings matters and valuations for ratings purposes. In addition, individuals will have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate on the behalf of clients.

You will be able to continue to build on the strong client relationships the firm enjoys, in addition to identifying new opportunities for this highly regarded practice to provide professional ratings advice and negotiate with the valuation office as required.

You will of course work closely with the agency, valuation and landlord and tenant teams within the firm and benefit from the specialist service lines offered by this niche practice.
