Ratings Associate, W1, Up to £55,000 pa (DOE) + car allowance, pension, medical insurance & bonus
A leading independent consultancy in the ratings discipline is seeking a Ratings Associate to join the offices based in W1.
The Ratings Associate will be leading ratings appeals in Leisure and the wider Alternatives sector. Focusing on Hotels, Pubs, Healthcare and Leisure you will be acting on behalf of range of clients that include public & private owners, occupiers, investors and developers.
In order to be considered for the role you WILL:-
- Be MRICS Qualified
- Have the ability to multi task (you will be undertaking multiple cases at the same time)
- Hold a driving licence
