A well-known construction consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity to recruit either a Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within their busy Birmingham office.
The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. You will be joining a growing a highly successful team working on projects in the Commercial, Education and Manufacturing sectors. The projects include large government schemes to one-off assignments ranging in value.
We are seeking candidates who are ideally MRICS working within a PQS environment however non-qualified candidates will be considered. You will also have an in-depth knowledge of traditional type contracts including JCT’s with good post contract skills.
