Our client is an exciting and growing multi-disciplinary firm based in the city of London who are looking to appoint MRICS QS’s, Senior QS’s and Associates to the team.
Our client is split into 3 disciplines – PM, QS and Property Development (they have their own in-house client).
Our client are very strong in the Automotive, Residential and Student Accommodation sectors with clients such high end and luxury car brands and residential developers including their own in-house property development business. They are also working in the commercial office, hotels and healthcare sectors and are looking to grow these moving forward.
The Directors and Founders of the business tend to deal with work winning and bringing in new business, although QS’s at every level will get good exposure to clients and can develop relationships and win work through repeat business and doing an excellent job.
