Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a commercial fit-out organisation who is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor.
My client is looking for a minimum of 3-years’ genuine on-site experience working in a consultancy, client-side, contractor or site management environment.
Being MRICS/MCIOB with experience in the commercial sector is beneficial (ideally offices and retail) but not essential.
You must also have good commercial awareness, communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
