Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this leading private practice to attract a talented Senior Property Manager to be based in the West End. This large and modern office offers easy access to the tube and a sociable environment.

Working in a small team specifically focussed on delivering the very best of property and asset management professional services to a prestigious client, you will work as part of the larger Property and Asset Management team, which delivers market leading property solutions. This is a friendly team, providing a bespoke service to a leading client on the behalf of its mixed use portfolio.

Your role will be to ensure this prestigious client is offered the highest quality service on its portfolio which includes many prestigious sites which are frequently discussed in the property and broader market and are located in interesting central London locations.

You will have direct contact with the client on this portfolio which comprises a range of commercial, retail and some of residential assets.

As you would expect in this position, you will be responsible for a range of activities on the behalf of the client, this will include tenant liaison, rent collection, service charges, property inspection, health & safety, budgeting, reconciliations, etc. Your contribution to regular asset management reports and strategy offers an additional interest to the assets in these great locations.

Candidates are required to be MRICS with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and property/asset management advice to clients.
