Property Manager, Commercial Property Consultancy, East Anglia
Basic salary £40,000 – £50,000 + Package
My client is a Commercial Property Consultancy based in East Anglia currently recruiting a Senior Property Manager to join their team.
The particular position involves acting for investors and occupiers in the commercial market whilst handling the national portfolio for a wide variety of retail and commercial clients. Our client provides the highest quality service in every aspect of property management and creates asset enhancing initiatives with their commercial clients. The successful candidate should be well versed in Landlord and Tenant legislation.
Job Responsibilities:
- To keep adequate records of renewals and deposit returns through the use of Excel
- Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such as tenant applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations, notifications of rent reviews
- Adding value through asset management in liaison with the Directors
The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with minimum 1 year PQE. Good commercial awareness along with an ability to work autonomously is required. This is a fantastic role for someone living within this region who wants to progress their career within the Property Management arena.
