PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR / SENIOR SURVEYOR NORTH LONDON
£38,000 – £45,000 plus Car Allowance plus Bonus plus Full Benefits Allowance
Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this leading firm to attract a property management surveyor to join this sociable and active North London based private practice.
MRICs qualified candidates will work closely with clients to manage the transition of assets into the property management function. You will set up new instructions and portfolios in this successful team.
Property Management surveyors will undertake a full range of property management activities, including property inspections, client reporting, reading leases, lease renewals, maintaining databases, service charge budgets/reconciliations, invoice approval and identifying asset management opportunities.
Candidates should be MRICS with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering market leading property management solutions. You will be a strong team player who is able to liaise with clients and internal facilities management and accounting teams.
