Property Management Surveyor – Retail

Beach baker are delighted to be recruiting for an independent property consultancy based in Bristol. Due to the consultancies demands, they are looking for a Senior Commercial Property & Asset Manager.

The day to day duties will involve managing multiple commercial assets and overseeing the administration of those assets which mainly consist of office and retail properties.

You will be MRICS with a few years PQE in commercial property management, ideally in single or multi -let office and retail units.

On offer is a package of £30,000 – £35,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits, dependant on experience.
