Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Property Management Surveyor, on behalf of reputable firm in Leeds.
The role offers clear career progression, with the opportunity to step up to the number two within the team, reporting directly to the national Head of Property Management. The successful candidate will be working with a client base made up of both Occupiers and Landlords, including some household names. On behalf of the client base, you’ll be managing a variety of commercial assets, across the Yorkshire region.
You’ll take responsibility for the team, alongside the Head of Property Management, undertaking specific management duties and assisting a Graduate as they develop their career further.
It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS, with demonstrable experience of commercial property management, particularly with regards to service charge budgeting.
