Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an international property consultancy working in Birmingham. They are looking to take on a Property Management Surveyor that will be responsible for managing a mixed-bag of commercial assets.

The team are looking for a few experienced surveyors that will be able to manage their assets on behalf of some prop-co’s and institutional funds.

You will be MRICS, ideally with a year or two experience, but other levels will be considered. Salary is open to negotiation but will reflect your current experience.
