Working for a leading property consultancy with a large, successful office in Bristol as Management Surveyor you will be working in conjunction with the Contract Director, Surveyor Executives and the Client Accountants in the team.
The role is diverse offering variety day to day. It will necessitate attending client meetings with the Portfolio Managers, often on site. The role offers autonomy within a supportive environment and the opportunities for career development are also diverse.
You will Act as a single point of contact for the Client in respect of all matters relating to each property and ensure JLL is always acting within its delegated authority; in accordance with business plan and the Client’s instructions.
Your clients will include household names and you will work with a portfolio of impressive calibre.
As your role progresses, you will be required to assist in the development of business for the department through identification of business leads on both a formal and informal basis.
Ideally you will be qualified, although this is not a necessity but you must have experience of property management.
