Property Management Surveyor

A leading commercial real estate firm have recently instructed Beach Baker with an exciting new opportunity to recruit a recently qualified Property Manager within their busy Leeds office.

The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy orgainisation. You will be providing day-to-day management for large investment fund clients which will be a mixture of mainly office and industrial with some retail properties. You will also be expected to build strong client relationships with clients, on-side staff, tenants and other colleagues. The role would suit an ambitious individual, who is motivated, driven and keen to progress within a top performing firm.

The ideal candidate will already be working within a private practice and be MRICS. This position offers a competitive remuneration package and exceptional opportunities for progression within a market leading organisation.
