Beach Baker is working with a highly regarded private practice to recruit a talented property manager in this regional office of the firm.

Your role will be to provide bespoke property management advice to a range of clients within the wider region.

The firm works with a range of clients, which includes investors, occupiers, developers and landlord and across both the public and private sectors.

Within this role, you will manage a large regional portfolio on behalf of a major high street and out of town retailer. You will have the opportunity to undertake site and client meetings within the UK in addition to providing full property management services as expected in a property management role.

We are seeking to attract and, ideally, MRICS qualified and experienced surveyor. Retail experience would be ideal but is not essential. You will however have excellent communication skills as you will have direct and regular contact with the client.
