A property investment company is seeking a Property Asset Manager to work out of the Surrey offices.

The Property Asset Manager will be responsible for the day to day and strategic delivery of the mixed use portfolio.

This will include:-

• Regular inspections of the portfolio
• Preparation of tenancy schedules
• Review potential acquisitions
• Management of multi let properties
• Ensure portfolio is compliant to current legislation

In order to be considered for the role you WILL:-

• Have prior management experience (both occupier and investor to be considered)
• Be RICS Qualified
