Client-Side Property Manager MRICS, Commercial Property Company, Berkshire
Basic salary £40,000-£50,000 + Package
Privately owned Property Company based in Berkshire currently recruiting a Property Manager to join their team. This particular role will involve assisting in the management of a UK portfolio that has risen in value to nearly £60 million.
Our clients’ asset management team makes sure that they generate value for the investors and users of the building long after the development is completed. The successful candidate should be well versed in Landlord and Tenant legislation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Good commercial understanding and excellent communication skills
- Complex service charge regimes and asset strategy reporting
- Asset strategy and implementing opportunities to enhance asset value through lease re-gearing, rent reviews, surrenders and building improvements
- Adding value through asset management in liaison with the Directors
The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with a maximum of 1 year PQE. Good commercial awareness along with an ability to work autonomously is required. This is a fantastic role for a property manager that wants to work within a more creative arena.
