Beach Baker is pleased to be working with this leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. This is an expansion role. The position is based within this strong and successful property and asset management team – working closely with leading clients.

You will have the opportunity to work in detail with the client, providing full property management and asset management consultancy services. The portfolio is predominantly commercial retail properties for prestigious sites within London and the south.

This is a strong and dynamic team which is successful at retaining and winning new clients – hence this expansion role. You will have contact with clients on a daily basis and have the opportunity to advise them on the best property management strategies for their portfolios.

Carrying out the instructions of the client, you will undertake a range of duties, from liaising with the client to managing the properties; handling day to day enquiries; selecting 3rd party providers and assisting with client reporting.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to join large and leading private practice and work with impressive and prominent clients and portfolios across London and the South East.
