Job Title: Project Manager/Surveyor – Housing – Interim

Location: Surrey

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Our client, a leading Housing organsation, are looking for a Project Manager/Surveyor to join their office based in Surrey. Due to continued success and growth, the opportunity has arisen in their Project Management team on an interim basis with the opportunity of a permanent position.

The successful candidate will be involved in a number of projects including roof replacements, structural, planned preventative and cyclical maintenance. As lead within the team you will be expected to oversee and mentor 3 surveyors, 1 trainee surveyor, 1 administrator and 1 clerk of works. You will able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, working in an efficient manner and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be chartered (MRICS OR MCIOB), with vast experience of Project Management and Surveying on Public Sector Housing projects. You will be experienced in managing projects up to the value of £1m, an ability to work well with and manage a variety of contractors.
