Project Manager, Traditional Practice – Cardiff or Bristol

A leading consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Project Manager within their growing and highly profitable team. This company, established over 100-years’ ago, pride themselves on being a traditional practice with a ‘family feel’ working atmosphere offering an exceptional service to their clients.

The role involves working with a number of interesting and varied projects mainly in the Public Sector for local councils, education initiations and NHS Trusts. Due to covering a large geographical patch, the successful candidate can be based in their Cardiff or South West office (or both) depending on where they live.

To be considered for this role you must have a relevant construction degree with a post graduate or professional qualification in project management delivery such as PRINCE2, MSP, MAPM or MRICS. My client will also consider a strong Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent experience. You must also have experience in delivering projects from inception to completion with a minimum of three years’ experience leading teams ideally working on public sector projects.

On offer is a competitive salary, 26 days’ annual leave (including buying an additional 5 days’), pension 3% – 5%, individual healthcare plus discounted family rates, life assurance and childcare vouchers. Both offices has free parking with excellent links to the M4 and M5.
