Project Manager – Sheffield

Beach Baker are working with a national practice who are seeking a Project Manager to be based in Sheffield. You will be working in a variety of sectors such as Retail, Commercial, Public Sector and Education undertaking new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs. Locations of sites are mainly in the South Yorkshire region however occasional travel out of area will be required.

The appointed Project Manager will be an instrumental figure in the construction team, reporting into senior management. We are seeking someone who has a strong, commercial background and acumen. You will have a construction project management degree, or similar, and have worked in a similar environment. There is a clear and defined career path in place and personal development is supported and encouraged.

You will be running multiple live projects concurrently as well as aiding in tenders and appointment of subcontractors and appointment of contracts.
