A leading consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an experienced Project Manager within their growing and highly profitable Leeds office. There is a clearly defined career path and growth is encouraged and supported at all levels.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with drive and ability to deliver projects in the Commercial, Industrial and Manufacturing sectors. Your daily tasks will involve project support, project management, property asset management, supply chain management, contract negotiation, value engineering, quality control and performance monitoring.
To be considered for this role you must have a relevant construction degree with a post graduate or professional qualification in project management delivery such as MCIOB, MAPM or MRICS. You must also have experience in delivering build projects from inception to completion with a minimum of four years’ experience running your own projects.
Candidates from a main contractor background with manufacturing build experience should also apply.
