Job Title: Project Manager – Retail – West London

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience).

Location: West London

Our client, a specialist in retail regeneration and town centre property consultancy, is looking for a Project Manager to join their Consultancy arm within the business in their West London office.

The business operates out of indoor and outdoor street markets from centuries experience and due to continued success in recent times and in order to meet increased demand they now seek a Project Manager to help in their growth.

As Project Manager you will be expected to oversee the operation of current business sites and the delivery of consultancy projects. You will also be expected to take an active management and leadership role in sales and marketing/business development.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 10 years’ retail/retail property leadership role, experience of non-standard retail, experience of working for and with small businesses, experience of leading and delivering consultancy projects. You will be creative, flexible, imaginative, team player with skills to lead as well as the technical skills and knowledge to deliver.

It is essential that you are educated to degree level and an understanding of retail property market and ability to work alongside tenants, property developers, local authorities and other professionals. You will ideally have Prince 2 or a similar qualification, however this is not essential
