Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (Dependent on experience)
Are you a passionate Project Manager with a depth of Commercial property experience? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading real estate firm, based in their Cambridge office, within their Project and Building Consultancy team specialising in delivering a focused service to clients across the UK.
Established over 100 years ago, our client offers a wide range of specialist property services from investment advice, consultancy services and valuations to sourcing sites for development and estate management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team delivering project management services across various sectors including Commercial, Education, Retail and Industrial, ranging in value from £3m – £45m.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Integrate inputs from other divisions within the organisation to service the client in the best possible way and assist in delivering the project.
- Contribute to client pitches, business development, strategy and presentations.
- Assist other departments and professionals within the office and business develop wherever possible.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships within your team and other divisions within.
The successful candidate will be professionally qualified, ideally RICS, with an exceptional track record delivering successful projects across a broad range and size. You will have strong commercial acumen and ideally be experienced in delivering projects in the education sector, particularly Oxbridge colleges. Due to the many of the projects being carried out in Cambridge, a strong track record in Cambridge would be an advantage.
