Project Manager – Property Management – FTC 12 Months.

Location: Nationwide

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Our client, a charitable organisation, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to develop Property Management policies on a 12 month fixed term contract to be based at home or one of their nationwide offices. This is an excellent opportunity to join the organisation at an exciting time of change.

Due to continued growth and success, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their established team, which looks to add value to the internal clients and end users. They pride themselves as being a refreshing alternative to other charitable organisations.

The successful candidate will lead the development of the organisations property policies, procedures and guidance in relation to the management and governance of other properties held by the organisation. Reporting directly into the Assistant Director Commercial, you will be expected to liaise with colleagues at all levels and with internal and external stakeholders when required. As Project Manager you will be responsible for identifying potential improvements to existing policies and practices. You will also be required to draft new policies, standard operating procedures and guidance in relation to decision making and management of properties.

It is essential that the candidate is MRCIS/CIOB qualified and possess demonstrable evidence of working with cross functional subject matter experts in developing and drafting policies and procedures. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel regularly within England, Wales and Northern Ireland and therefore a full driving licence is desirable.

With a very competitive salary on offer, you will be joining an organisation which will assist you in your career aspirations and growth as an individual. I invite applications from experienced Project Managers that wish to share in the success of this well-established organisation, particularly self-starter candidates that thrive working individually as well as working as part of a team within an autonomous working culture. Ideally my client is seeking a candidate with previous experience of working within the charitable sector, or a particular interest in this area.

To apply for this please email your CV to [email protected] with your contact details or alternatively call 0207 734 5856 quoting job reference CW PM/201

I aim to get back to all applications, however; if you have not received a response within 4-5 working days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful this time around. I will confidentially retain your details and inform you of any other suitable opportunities arising should you not be successful in this role.
