Salary: £49,000 p/a

Fixed Term Contract: 6 – 12 Months.

Our client is currently looking for a Project Lead to join their Strategic Estates team based in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work a renewl and resoration programmes which has been established to tackle work that needs to protect and preserves the heritage of several Government buildings.

Due to the poor condition of the fabric and systems in place, a design delivery sub-team has been established within the restoration and renewal programme to manage a wide range of work streams associated with the design of certain heritage buildings

The main responsilbities of the role within the team for restoration and renewal programmes will be to develop and deliver a coherent Temporary Accommodation Strategy approach for the House of Lords. You will be expected to work closely with the Senior Design Delivery Managers in the team, who are responsible for gathering user requirements within the business.

The successful candidate will ideally have Project Management related degree and have knowledge of the NEC 3 forms of contract. You will be able to demonstrate understanding of the importance of an accommodation strategy within a complex environment.
