Project Manager – Edinburgh

Beach Baker are working with a large consultancy in Scotland that are seeking a Project Manager to be based from Edinburgh. You will be working on both medium and large value schemes within Education, Commercial, Residential and Healthcare.

You will be joining a successful and growing team to support projects and clients in a variety of roles and sectors. Support, training, incentives and rewards you need to excel are all in place and our client employs a healthy work/life balance ethos and invests heavily in their employees.

The ideal candidate will have a construction related degree (ideally RICS accredited, minimum 2:1) and will have a range of experience anywhere between 2 to 6 years’ post- graduation working on projects in these sectors. You will most likely be working for a Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Design Practice or other construction/property related professional practice. You will have demonstrable experience of contract administration / employers agent, planning & programming skills and already have or be working towards achieving Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB or other equivalent institution.
