MRICS Professional Surveyor, Up to £45,000 pa (DOE), W1
An independent multi- disciplinary real estate advisory company is a seeking an MRICS Professional surveyor to join the W1 office.
The MRICS Professional Surveyor will join the London team providing advice to existing clients on their property portfolios. Clients include private property investors, occupiers and family investors.
As the Professional Surveyor you will primarily focus on lease advisory. This will involve rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re gears, assignments and surrenders on behalf of both occupier and investor. In addition to this will undertake lease reform work and provide support to the valuation team.
In order to be considered you WILL:-
- Be MRICS Qualified
- Knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant 1954 Act
- Have a proven track record in negotiation
