A leading property consultancy have instructed Beach Baker with an exciting opportunity for a chartered surveyor to join a leading professional services team based in Leeds.

Due to an expanding workload we require a chartered surveyor who is newly MRICS ideally to 2 years post qualified experience (PQE) but we will consider applications from candidates close to completing their APC. This leading professional general practice team manage valuation and landlord and tenant instructions across the region across all property types. Day to day work will include providing red book commercial valuation as well as rent reviews, lease renewal and related asset management advice to a mix of high profile clients. The team provide expert advice on break clauses, lease restructuring and other leasehold related matters. There will also be a small role in processing rating appeals from significant rating client portfolio.
