A local public sector organisation has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Principal Projects Surveyor within their busy property department.
The successful candidate will be expected to bring a structured, professional and pragmatic approach that will deliver effective project management expertise for the development of key projects delivered both in house and in conjunction with private developers. The role will involve the critical appraisal of development proposals and contributing building cost and development expertise to appraisal evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or construction, with experience in a recognised general practice / project management practice would be preferred. You will be a member of a property/construction professional body such as RICS, APM, CIOB, RIBA etc, with a minimum 4 years PQE dealing with substantial capital projects.
