Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a niche project management practice with offices in the South West and South Wales. This organisation, established over five years ago, currently manage projects up to the value of £100m mainly in the Residential sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role is this busy organisation. You will be advising clients on programme, cost and procurement implications of projects for both public and private sector clients.
To be considered for this role you must be MRICS / MCIOB (or equivalent) with at least 3-years’ experience. My client is happy to consider candidates’ from a building surveying or quantity surveying background who is looking to move in to a project management role.
