An exciting opportunity has arisen for Director level Town Planners to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in Bristol. This is an expansion role as well as a strategic recruit for a succession plan (hence offering excellent progression and leadership opportunity).

You will be joining a large Bristol office and be part of wider network of offices throughout the UK. With an excellent national and local reputation in planning, this firm is an excellent organisation to join.
Due to expansion and an aggressive growth plan, this firm are looking to recruit an experienced planner at Director level to strengthen and assist in expanding the Bristol planning team, in particular their residential offering. We are also looking for candidates who have the potential to lead a team and possibly the division in time with a succession plan in mind. You should be MRTPI or MRICS (P&D) qualified with a good knowledge of the South West region as well as having strong local contacts. Strong private sector experience from a consultancy environment is preferred and a client/contact base of housebuilders and developers would be a strong advantage. You should be MRTPI qualified and show strong ability to win and retain business, team leadership qualities and a commercial approach. Business and finance management and people management experience is also advantageous.
