Planner/Senior Planner – Birmingham

One of the UK’s leading and award winning independent property consultancies is looking for a talented Planner or Senior Planner to join their established team in Birmingham.

Candidates will ideally be fully MRTPI qualified or certainly well on the way to completing it with ideas of submitting their log book in the near future. This role will provide successful candidates a chance to work with an enviable selection of clients, ranging from commercial entities, landowners, developers and property companies.

The nature of the applications will be similarly wide ranging with you working on a number of applications including residential, mixed use, commercial, rural, and leisure developments. Ideally candidates will have experience working on an equally broad range of developments although we will look at those with complimenting specialisms will be considered. It would also be useful that your experience be attained within a private consultancy although experience in development management and client side roles at a similar level will be considered.
