A local Manchester based Planning Consultancy is looking to expand upon its talented team with a new Planner or Senior Planner. This has come about due to surge in their workload and the need for experienced individuals to get heavily involved.
Those looking to get involved with this well respected practice will have a number of years of experience within a consultancy environment and ideally coupled with some experience in a development management role. You will also need to be fully MRTPI qualified, or just on the cusp of receiving you membership.
In this opportunity you will be working as part of a team tackling a variety of projects but will be primarily focused on the residential sector and so previous experience here will be advantageous, but not a necessity. You will be heavily involved with clients, drafting and submitting applications as well as being an intermediary liaising and consulting with third parties. As part of this you will need to possess a high calibre of written and verbal communication as well as being very commercially astute.
