Planner / Senior Planner – Manchester

A local and very well respected consultancy is currently seeking a new planner or senior planner to join their established team based in the heart of Manchester.

We are looking for newly chartered MRTPI planners or those with 2-3 years of PQE experience behind them, ideally gained within a commercial consultancy, although those with good development control experience will also be considered. This role will have you working across a wide variety of development so similarly broad experience would be best suited for the role although having a specialism would not preclude you from this opportunity.

This role will provide you an opportunity to work closely with client and gain excellent exposure, as such you will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will need to have an excellent understand of local planning policies and ideally be based in the local area.
