Planner (Manchester)

A great role has become available for Town Planners in Manchester. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary consultancy with a well-established planning team who have a network of offices (and planning teams) throughout the UK.

We are looking for Town Planners with an RTPI accredited post-graduate degree and who are ideally either MRTPI or close to submission. We do need a minimum of 18 months experience for this role. We are looking to appoint at Planner level but may also consider a new Senior Planner. You will ideally have experience in a similar consultancy environment but we would also consider candidates working in the public sector with good development management experience.

The projects on offer with this firm will give you a fantastic range. They work on residential, mixed-use and large strategic/site promotion schemes as well as projects in the commercial, retail and healthcare sectors. Schemes range in size from small-medium scale right up to large urban extensions.

Candidates should have a good academic record, strong report writing skills. You should be a confident communicator and be comfortable in client facing situations.
