One of Yorkshires most recognised and well respected consultancies has recently begun a search for a talented Town Planner to join its established team in Leeds.
We are looking for candidates who have either recently finished their APC and are now fully MRTPI or are on the cusp of completing towards submittal. You will have 2-3 years of experience under your belt working on a variety of developments as you will have a chance to work on numerous developments across a wide range of sectors including residential, mixed-use, retail and city centre work.
With a real emphasis on personal and professional development this consultancy is keen to encourage candidates to meet their own ambitions and support them through those decisions. You will be given opportunities to work directly with some of their prestigious clients ranging from some of the UK’s most respected house builders, landowners, commercial entities and developers.
Ideally your background will be in consultancy although we will consider those who are from a client side or local authority background at the same level should the show a commercial mind-set. Most importantly you will have a good understanding of local planning policy for the Yorkshire area in particular as well as experience in putting together and submitting applications.
