Operations Manager

Beach Baker is delighted to be working with one of the largest commercial property companies in the UK, to assist with the recruitment of an Operations Manager for a key asset in Central London.

Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside a Technical Building Manager, together you will be responsible for delivering a full Facilities Management service to this large, mixed-use site.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a proven background of leading and mentoring teams. You must have a strong understanding of asset management and service charge budgets preparation. You will be responsible for implementing strategy from the Senior Management team; this will involve building relationships with tenants, contractors and the onsite teams whilst promoting and introducing new strategic ideas.

This is a prestigious site where the highest standards of customer service and service delivery is essential. You will be expected to produce regular reports, introduce new service initiatives and continuously look at areas of improvement.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working for a client side property company which own, manage and develop their own properties. You will have a strong understanding of tenant and landlord legislation. Excellent communications skills are a must, as is a strong FM Operational understanding; including contractor management, H&S compliance, tenant liaison, minor works and planned/reactive maintenance.
