As a medium sized practice, you will be given autonomy to be creative and operate proactively to expand office agency and investment instructions across a south-based region.
You will offer sound commercial advice to a range of clients from property companies, leading pension funds, developers, local authorities and private investors.
Candidates will be well-connected in the region and have the drive and wish to be highly successful and earn the excellent bonuses available.
As a strong networker, you will be able to both bring client contacts with you and develop existing contacts with the firm.
This organisation offers one of the strongest marketing and research support teams and has a strong and successful ethos of cross-selling within the business streams.
Out client acts for both landlords and tenants, offering both the very best advice across a range of assets, which encompass predominantly offices, industrial and land.
