Basic Salary of £40,000 – £50,000 Base + extremely lucrative commission structure + added incentives

This leading Commercial Property Practice are currently recruiting an office agent to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to get more exposure and utilise their full skillset at a specialist operation.

The position will involve working within the Office market in Shoreditch and operating throughout key growth areas across East London. Engaging with a broad range of occupiers within the office sector my client advises Landlords (Developers and Councils) on how to get the most from their workplace environments. My client is perfectly positioned to advise on the commercial spaces targeted at these occupiers and has built up a strong reputation as one of the leading specialist, dynamic property teams in London.

Job Responsibilities:

• The role will include identifying office space requirements, preparing reports, conducting viewings and negotiations and business targeting/development.
• Landlord leasing instructions – Advising on the acquisition and disposal of office property.
• Landlord Instructions – Building a stock list of office leasing instructions
• Development Consultancy – Pitching and reporting to developers on their future supply of office premises and providing market intelligence/appraisals.

The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with at least 1+ years PQE. My client will consider non RICS candidates as long as they possess the attitude and aptitude for the role
