Beach Baker Property Recruitment is currently working with a property investment company to recruit an Office Administrator / Receptionist for its London office, which is located at Oxford Circus.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Greet all guests visiting the office
- Answer all incoming calls to the main switchboard
- Accommodate any guest requirements (make tea, coffee etc.)
- Maintain meeting rooms, ensure they are tidy after meetings and up to standard
- Oversee all office orders (Fruit, flowers, kitchen supplies, stationary supplies etc.)
- Book meetings on behalf of senior staff
- Reconcile the company card, phone bills and petty cash management
- Record all staff holidays
- Provide administrative support to senior staff, particularly the CEO
- Organise hotel and taxi arrangements for necessary guests
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar administrative role, with strong organisational and communication skills. They should be friendly and professional, with a positive attitude and ability to prioritise workload efficiently. Intermediate IT skills in MS Office including Word & Excel are also required.
