Beach Baker is currently working with a leading property consultancy to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager who will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of 7 multi-tenanted buildings in the Oxford Circus area for a high-profile client. The properties are mainly occupied by retail tenants, as well as residential and office space.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the buildings including tenant liaison, contractor management, and ensuring health & safety compliance. The FM will also manage service charge budgets for each of the properties and oversee a number of projects across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced multi-site Facilities Manager with service charge budget experience from a managing agent environment. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage tenant and client relationships. BIFM membership and IOSH or NEBOSH certification is desirable.
