The successful candidate will be the first chartered building surveyor in office and will have unlimited career progression opportunities. You will be fully supported by the regional associate director and wider national building surveying team. This is an exciting time to join the company during this period of growth.
Responsibilities include surveys, inspections, schedules, and the overall management of schemes in the South-West of England. The work is mainly in the Education and Health sectors from existing framework agreements.
The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor with a successful track record of project delivery and developing client relationships. Ideally you will already be working for a competing firm in Bristol with a good network of local contacts in the South West.
