Due to expansion, the company are keen to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with commercial project management experience, who is comfortable in dealing with a wide range of projects.
Candidate responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for an extensive variety of projects, including for both public and private sector clients. The candidate must be analytical, client-facing, and happy to deal with all types of individuals. You will handle existing clients in the South-West, whilst also contribute to the success of the business – potentially by bringing business with you from your previous role.
The candidate must be/have:
- MRICS
- At least two years’ PQE, working on large projects
- Client-facing
- Motivated, strategic and personable
- Confident and direct
- Well-established in the area
