MRICS Commercial Property Manager. W1. Up to £40,000 pa + Car Allowance, Pension, Private Health, Bonus (Up to 15%).
A reputable International property consultancy is looking for a MRICS Commercial Property Manager based in the W1 offices to join the existing team of 4 fee earners.
Acting on behalf of private investors and high net worth clients the individual will be responsible for overseeing the running of Investment portfolios. The portfolios primarily consist of office and retail across Central London.
The role will involve:-
- Regular inspections
- Set service charges for multi tenanted properties
- Liaise with all stakeholders (Contractors, Accounts, Facility Managers, Landlords, Tenants & Solicitors)
In order to be considered you WILL: –
- Have a good understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislation
- Have overseen the management of multi tenanted buildings
- Preferably be MRICS Qualified
