Professional Surveyor- Brighton, £40K pa to £50K pa
An established Brighton based property consultancy based in heart of the City is looking for a Professional Surveyor to undertake Lease Advisory & Valuation work.
Acting on behalf of both occupiers and landlords the Professional Surveyor will be negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and advising on exit strategies and re-gears.
My client is on numerous Bank Panels to undertake loan security valuations of both Commercial & Residential assets. In addition to this they act for investors for tax purposes and carry out some Expert Witness work in addition.
In order to be considered for the role The Professional Surveyor WILL:-
- Be MRICS Qualified (preferably c2 years minimum)
- Have a sound understanding of 1954 Legislation
- Have some Valuation experience
