Construction Professional MRICS (Associate Designate)

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary £45,000 – £55,000 (Dependent on experience)

Our client, a small property consultancy, is seeking an individual to be able to carry out a variety of roles within a client focused practice based out of their Hertfordshire office.

They work on a variety of professional services including Commercial and Residential surveying. Having worked in the market since for over 15 years, they provide a diverse range of property, development and construction related services.

The position would suit a professional surveyor, contractor or architect who is looking for a variety of work and the opportunity to progress. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Director and carry out construction documentation including monthly reports, programmer, tender documents, appointments, fee agreements and minutes.

You will ideally be MRICS chartered and strong client management skills. You will be Have knowledge of construction procurement and landlord and tenant. You must have strong negotiation skills and possess good interpersonal skills both written and verbal and ability to front up large team meetings.

The position offers a very competitive base salary, excellent OTE and a generous package.
