Beach Baker are seeking an MRICS Building Surveyor who can become an integral part of the Building Surveying team in a multi-disciplinary consultancy, within their central London office.

The firm are a medium-sized Chartered Surveying practice that offers a wide range of professional services for both commercial and residential properties.

It is clear that the team members are passionate and committed to their clients, thus providing quality advice and allowing them to continue to be a first-choice provider of property services.

The role:

The position encompasses an exciting variety of projects within multiple sectors, with a 50/50 split of project and professional work. The team currently work on a wide range of projects, from £20,000 up to £2 million.

The candidate:

• MRICS (or substantial Building Surveying experience)
• Considerable professional/project work experience
• Ideally 2 years’+ PQE
