An established and successful property consultancy has retained Beach Baker to source a Chartered Building Surveyor. This company, established over 20 years ago, pride themselves on their ‘family feel’ working atmosphere and non-corporate environment.
The successful candidate will be working with one other building surveyor who started the department in 2017 which has gone from strength to strength. You will be working together offering a mixture of professional and project-based instructions from their existing client base including developers, housing associations, house builders and other private clients.
The role is reporting in to the Bristol office, however candidates will have the flexibility to work at one of their satellite offices in the region and work from the Bristol office once or twice a week.
My client is looking for an established MRICS Associate or Senior Surveyor working for a private practice. This position will provide a lot of working autonomy and fantastic career progression opportunities as the department continues to expand.
