Our client is a leading property development company with a portfolio of assets across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified engineer with excellent communication skills to assist in providing a comprehensive facilities service to tenants and stakeholders at a brand new, prestigious site in central London.
This 12-month contract role will play a key part of the mobilisation of this new site. You will work with the team to take this mixed-used asset from construction phase, through fit-out, through practical completeion and into an operational status.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in fit out project management and will have previous experience mobilising a large, mixed use site.
Please note this is a 12-month contract with a start date of early September.
